Our employees are trained to provide safe and professional handling at all times. With over a decade of shipping experience, we transport thousands of animals, representing a wide variety of species, each year.

Sedation

We will not accept dogs or cats that have been sedated or given any sort of tranquilizers.

Aggressive Behavior or Unfit for Travel

We maintains the right to refuse acceptance of any animal that is exhibiting aggressive behavior or does not appear fit to travel.
